TERRA FOOD opened a new ultra-pasteurization shop at the Tulchyn Butter and Cheese Factory

At the beginning of November 2020, a new shop for ultra-pasteurization of dairy products was opened at the Tulchyn Butter and Cheese Factory, which is part of the assets of the TERRA FOOD group of companies. The new production facilities are designed for the production of packaged milk and to meet the demand for long-storage milk.
The main contractor for the installation of technological equipment in the shop is Tetra-Pak LLC. Thanks to the updated production facilities, ultra-pasteurized milk can be stored out of the refrigerator for a long time – 90 days without loss of quality and with the preservation of all nutrients.
“Thanks to the unique modern production facilities of the new plant, we will be able to meet the demand of Ukrainians for quality milk of long-term storage and create competition with world-class companies,” said Fortunato Guadalupi, CEO of TERRA FOOD. “TERRA FOOD is steadily implementing the latest milk processing technologies so that our customers, millions of Ukrainians, consume only high-quality and useful products.”
In particular, the new shop has an innovative Microbial luminescence System II device for testing dairy products, which is a rarity at Ukrainian dairy companies. It allows to provide consistently high quality of the finished product.
“Tulchyn Butter and Cheese Factory is our flagship, in which we are ready to invest and develop. And at the same time to invest in the infrastructure of the region. The opening of a new ultra-pasteurization shop with the world’s best equipment, is another confirmation of our ambitious intentions,” – commented Fortunato Guadalupi.
The new shop will be able to produce up to 4,000 tons of packaged milk per month. In particular, it is planned to produce new types of ultra-pasteurized milk under the Bila Liniia TM and Ferma TM. The lauch of the new shop also created new jobs.
