The TERRA FOOD company has launched the production of two types of cheeses at once, which are produced using Italian technology – mozzarella and burrata TM Premialle. The uniqueness of new products for the Ukrainian market lies in the fact that this is a small-scale production of a product by a national manufacturer, using manual labor, as in the best craft cheese dairies in Italy.
Mozzarella and burrata are produced at the Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant, TERRA FOOD’s flagship enterprise. For the manufacture of products at the plant, a special workshop for dairy delicacies was launched. Its production facilities are designed to provide Ukrainians with real Italian mozzarella and burrata of exceptionally high quality. The novelties are made from carefully selected extra-class milk. Today, these two products are already presented in selected supermarket chains in a glass package weighing 125 g.

In the near future TERRA FOOD plans to expand the range of cheese delicacies.
