During April the Team of Centre Expertise Test was testing 8 trademarks of the popular hard cheeses among the Ukrainian consumers.
Undisputed leader is the cheese Ferma TM, the experts rated the labeling and packaging, physicochemical parameters, including the originality of the cheeses (no vegetable fats in content), microbiology and gustatory characteristics with excellent mark.
In March 2017 an independent organization of goods and services quality control testing Centre for Expertise Test published the fermented dairy food test report. 12 kefir trademarks were tested, among which was Kefir Ferma TM.
All kefirs were tested in laboratory for compliance with the term “kefir” for various parameters and through sensory analysis. Kefir Ferma TM got the highest rates on all items in comparison analysis.
