From June, 20, a new advertising campaign of Bila linia TM is starting on STB, ICTV, Novy Kanal, M1, M2 and QTV channels. This campaign is a part of the national campaign for food quality and safety “Good Mark”. Famous TV hosts Igor Kondratiuk and chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo show, how to choose high-quality and safe products and why you should opt for products with “Good Mark”. Bila linia TM will tell the viewers that it was one of the first companies to get the right to use the sign of quality and safety. In January 2015 the whole product line of Bila linia TM underwent rigorous inspection in European laboratories, and, as a result, received a “Good Mark” award.
Bila linia TM products are made using the state-of-the-art technology out of 100% natural milk and undergo a strict control on all production stages. It has been once again proven in the leading European laboratories as well as by international inspectors. Today the product range of Bila linia TM whole milk dairy products includes the following categories: milk, kefir and bio kefir, ryazhenka (fermented baked milk), zakvaska (leaven), sour cream, yoghurts, granulated cottage cheese and cream.
“Good Mark” of STB channel is the biggest global; social project in Ukraine that deals with assessment of the quality and safety of the product, as well as of the honesty of its manufacturer. The companies and their products undergo a few stages of inspection. On the first stage all the production aspects, from the raw materials used to the knowledge of instructions and procedures by the staff, are taken into account. The next stage is product safety control, which includes testing for all the potentially harmful ingredients, such as antibiotics, preservatives, heavy metals etc. The final stage was the honesty checkup, which is performed by checking the extent, to which the marking on the product corresponds to the actual contents of the product. The companies, who have successfully passed all the stages, receive a special sign of product quality and safety —“Good Mark” (“A good sign”).
