90 years of quality traditions of the Tulchinsky butter cheese factory

April 10, Tulchinsky Butter Factory is celebrating its anniversary - the 90th anniversary of the company's founding. During this time, Tulchinsky Butter Factory (TMLC) became the leader of domestic production of butter and vegetable and cream mixes. TBLC produces more than 20% of all butter and vegetable and cream mixes in the Ukrainian market, the quality of which is confirmed by international certification. The plant's products are in great demand not only at home but also abroad, as evidenced by the wide geography of exports to 45 countries worldwide.

Since 2002, the plant has established the production of Tulchinka TM & nbsp;, which soon became one of the leaders in consumer preferences. & nbsp; Today, the market is represented by a rich assortment of TEMSA for every taste and purse. The statistics of consumer preferences say that every fifth Ukrainian buys vegetable-cream mix TM "Tulchinka" for the preparation of daily dishes and festive baking. And this is not surprising, because the manufacturer makes considerable efforts to ensure that the quality of products is in line with the highest figures.

At the plant, a lot of attention is paid to modernizing the equipment, taking into account the latest trends in the world fat and oil industry. In order to ensure constant quality control at the plant, the latest modern laboratory, one of the best in the CIS, operates continuously. & Nbsp; Permanent investments in equipment upgrades and automation of production processes have helped to minimize the impact of external factors and guarantee the production of high quality products. "We are best at the quality of products, because our company has been successfully operating for 9 decades. And this means that we have long traditions and vast experience and continue to develop them. Modern technologies and skill of the oil mills allow us to produce products in accordance with European requirements and compete with other producers in the export market ", - stressed the director of the factory Vasilenko O.M.

Such achievements of the plant belong primarily to the thousandth labor collective. More than one generation of professionals have worked diligently and continue their careers at TMSA. The plant today is open not only for professionals of their business, but also for young people in the city, district and even the region. This year, for example, representatives of the plant visited the Vinnytsya College of the National University of Food Technologies and the Ladyzhinsky College of the Vinnitsa National Agrarian University in the framework of the Oblast Fair "Vacancies". It would be desirable to believe that students of senior courses will choose the Tulchinsky Butter Factory to gain practical experience and further employment.

The expression "made in Ukraine" in relation to the Tulchinsky Butter Factory causes pride in its native and high-quality products. Because 90 years is a worthy date.

Business History

At the beginning of the 20th century, farms in the Vinnytsia region held a large number of cows, but there was no factory, & nbsp; able to handle significant amounts of milk. In 1927, the authorities decided to open a plant in the town of Tulchin, Vinnytsia Oblast, & nbsp; which would be able to produce up to 2,000 pounds (about 33 tons) of oil per month. From year to year, the plant developed, and in 1999 it became the first asset of the TERRA FOOD Group of Companies. From this period & nbsp; a new stage of company development has started. & Nbsp; Since 2001 Tulchinsky Plant was one of the first to develop the category of vegetable and cream mixes on the Ukrainian market. In 2002, the production of products under TM "Tulchinka" began.
